Part of the challenge of writing for a company like UnitedHealthcare is presenting the information in a way that will pique the audience's interest (i.e., not put the audience to sleep or sound like a cold, monolithic mega-corporation). That was even more important for this promotion, as we partnered with two companies with very lively and upbeat brands. The result was this lead-generating email blast.
