Quest Diagnostics Analytics Playbook -- iPad selling/training tool

To give themselves, and the physicians and healthcare systems that depend on them, an edge in the post-ACA landscape, Quest Diagnostics started looking at ways to use and mobilize the massive amounts of data collected -- more than 2 billion patient encounters every year. The company developed a complete analytics portfolio. And while it may have been a natural fit for the company, the Quest salesforce needed a complete education about the products and the current climate in the marketplace.

This rep tool was created for the iPad, and later adapted for print. My role was research, interacting with 7 of Quest's marketers to gain insight on the products and positioning, creating an outline and then copy, tracking multiple rounds of revisions from 10 different people, and helping the Art team come up with images.
